Selected photographs and graphical material will be published at the discretion of the editor and payment is not guaranteed, even if your photograph(s) is (are) published.
We may cut, edit, crop or arrange your photograph(s) or graphic as we think fit to appear on the sundaycircle.com website, and we may remove your photograph(s) or graphics at any time.
Your name will be published alongside your photograph(s) or graphic, but we may edit or delete any comments which you submit along with your photograph(s) or graphic.
IMPORTANT: You or the owner of the photograph(s) still own the copyright in the photograph(s) sent to us and are free to republish the photograph(s) wherever you or the owner wish and in whatever medium you or the owner want.
Submitting text for publication
Users of our site may submit material for publication in various areas of the site. We accept no liability in respect of any material submitted by users and published by us and we are not responsible for its content and accuracy.
If you want to submit material to us for publication on sundaycircle.com, you may do so according to the following terms and conditions:
(i) publication of any material you submit to us will be at our sole discretion. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with Malta Law.
Competition Terms & Conditions
- All competition entries must be submitted by the announced closing date
- Different competitions may have their own specific terms and conditions
- Network Publications competitions are open to all persons over 16 years of age
- Only entries that have all the correct answers are eligible to win and the winners are selected randomly
- Winners will be notified by phone and announced on the Sunday Circle Facebook page and/or website
- Winners are requested to collect their prize on the date and time as stipulated by Network Publications upon notification of winning
- Network Publications retains the right to cancel/change this or any promotion without notice
- Any incomplete or irrelevant entries; or entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions are not eligible to win.
- Prizes are as described and cannot be substituted for cash
- Participants must be residing in Malta at time of entry.
- A photograph will be taken of all winners of Network Publications competitions which will be printed in the next edition and/or uploaded on the Sunday Circle Facebook page and/or the Sunday Circle website.
- Network Publications’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
